We strive to provide fast, reliable, and affordable shipping options for our customers. Our store operates on a made-to-order model.
Order Processing Time

•    Orders for items may be placed between the 1st and 28th of each month. 

•    Orders are processed and sent to production within 1-2 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays with all confirmed order sent into production when the ordering window closes. 
•    Orders received after 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Production Time
•    Orders are completed and shipped one month after the ordering window closes. This extended timeframe allows our skilled artisans to carefully craft each item. This made to order model also reduces waste and supports a more sustainable thoughtful approach to production. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to create something truly special for you.
Shipping Options
•    Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (following production time)
•    Express Shipping: 2-3 business days (following production time)
•    Overnight Shipping: 1 business day, (available for orders placed before 2 PM)
Shipping Rates
•    Rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package, as well as the destination.
•    Rates will be displayed during checkout.
Delivery Areas
•    We ship to all 50 states in the United States (excluding AK and HI)
•    Please note that delivery to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and some rural areas may be restricted or delayed.
Tracking and Delivery
•    Tracking information will be emailed to customers once their order has shipped.
•    Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather, traffic, and customs clearance.
Lost or Damaged Packages
•    If a package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 business days.
•    We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as needed.
Returns and Refunds

Changes to Shipping Policy
•    We reserve the right to update our shipping policy at any time without notice.
•    Changes will be effective immediately and will apply to all orders placed after the update.

While it may take us a little longer to deliver the product to you, this approach allows us to better meet the needs of our customers, significantly reduce production waste, and operate in an eco-friendlier manner.
